BEACH READY
Weather is cray. If there were a song to express the way I feel about the nightmare happening outside as of now, it'd literally be Queen's 'Bohemian Rhapsody'. Thunderbolts and lightning, very very frightening - YES.
I'm always contradicting the bad weather or the rain with sunny photos (mostly at the beach) in attempt to better my mood, 'cause c'mon, who doesn't like the beach?

RECIPE: ACAI BOWL
You'd probably be living under a rock if you've never heard of this 'superfood' before. While it's hot on social media and the hunt is on to find the best 'acai bowl' there is, I made my own to see if it's worth the hype.
Verdict?
It's bloody fantastic.
And super easy to make.
Everything you'll need for your antioxidant-rich smoothie bowl is listed down below:
1-2 frozen bananas
1 frozen acai packet (or you can use acai powder; available at health food stores)
Milk/juice of your choice
Fresh fruit, muesli, nuts of your choice
Method
1. Put frozen banana in food processor/blender (if your blender isn't high speed, there may be difficulties)
2. Add your acai
3. Pour in a tad of your milk or juice
4. Blend it all up!
5. Adjust the consistency of the mixture to your liking by adding more milk or juice
6. Garnish with whatever your heart desires (I chose muesli, coconut and banana)
7. Optional: take some photos and put it on instagram
8. Enjoy!
